Delivery of our chocolate lines throughout Australia takes between 1 to 5 working days based on your location. We have a dedicated packing team to carefully package your goods to avoid them being damaged in transit. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your goods on delivery, please contact us immediately. You will be charged a flat fee for delivery when ordering and paying through our website. Orders placed outside our online ordering system (this website) will be charged at cost, by calculating the volumetric or gross weight of your chocolate order. Due to climate constraints and the delicate product we are shipping, we cannot deliver on a specific date or on weekends.

As our shipping is undertaken through a courier service, we can only deliver goods to street addresses, not to a PO Box.  Goods must be signed for on delivery, as proof they have reached you. While there is an ‘Authority To Leave’ request available for deliveries without a signature, we may not agree to ship under these conditions due to the type of product we supply.

We understand that many of our clients would like to try our chocolates to determine the quality before purchasing. This is why we are happy to supply samples to our wholesale clients for a cost, which will be reimbursed later when the first order is placed.

The reasoning behind this is the cost of making our superior chocolates is much steeper than mass produced chocolate manufacturers. If we regularly provided free samples upfront, it would result in a great expense to our business.

The condition of providing samples to our wholesale clients is that we can supply a maximum of $40 of samples which is then reimbursed when a minimum order of $300 is placed. Our sample policy is for our Australian wholesale clients only.

We believe that once you sample our chocolates you will feel compelled to order from us, as our premium selection of chocolates will tempt even the most discerning chocolate connoisseur.
